1. 技術起業家養成プログラムについて　(About STEP)



同志社大学ITEC（技術・企業・国際競争力研究センター）では、2004年から米欧の大学・ビジネススクールと連携しながら、技術起業家養成プログラム（STEP）を実施してきました。

Doshisha University ITEC (Institute for Technology, Enterprise and Competitiveness) has executed Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Program (STEP) for 7 years with cooperating with the universities and the schools of business in America and Europe.

今年度（第8回）は、四度目のシリコンバレー訪問です。UC Berkeley（カリフォルニア大学バークレー校）のRobert Cole先生、Steve G. Blank先生のLectureを受講し、新しいビジネスの立ち上げや、entrepreneurshipについて議論します。

This year, we visit Berkeley & Silicon Valley. The lecture of New Business Model etc. is attended at UC Berkeley.

また、シリコンバレーの企業やベンチャーキャピタル、コンサルティングファームを訪問し、現地で活躍する日本人と議論します。さらにIntel社主催のビジネスプランコンテストであるIntel Global Challengeのsemi final、final Presentationに参加します。

Moreover, we visit some companies, venture capitals, and consultation firm. And we join Intel Global Challenge　(Business　plan contest supported by Intel).

年齢・職業・現住所を問わず、どなたでも参加できます。
ただし、定員を超える応募者が予想されますので、締め切り次第、ITECにて厳正に受講者を選抜いたします。

The program is ablable for everyone.
However, the applicant will be expected to exceed the quota, the student will be selected strictly by ITEC.

2. 募集要項　(Admissions)

■対象者　(Subject)：
・企業の経営者で、新事業創造を目指す方
・起業を考えている方、起業をサポートする専門家をめざす方
・京都とシリコンバレーとの産産連携・産学連携の新しいネットワークを創りたい方
・技術経営に関心のある企業の担当者、米国の起業環境を知りたい方

・The manager of the company which aims at new business creation.
・The person who considers to start a business or wants to become a specialist who supports a entrepreneur.
・The person who wants to make a new network between Kyoto and Silicon Valley.
・The person in charge of the company which is interested in management of technology or who wants to know U.S. business startup environment.

Takashi TSUTSUMI　堤　孝志講師
	三井住友海上キャピタル株式会社勤務。 ニチメン（現・双日）およびその子会社（現・テクマトリックス）において海外ICTベンチャーとの提携を通じた事業企画、輸入内販業務に従事。 その後Worldview Technology PartnersにてアメリカのICT分野の投資先支援に従事し、2003年から現職（投資開発第一部部長）。 エレクトロニクス、情報通信、クリーンテック分野を中心に幅広く投資活動を行う。 東京理科大学工学部卒。カナダ・マクギル大学経営大学院修了。 訳書に『クリーンテック革命』がある。
Eiichi YAMAGUCHI　山口　栄一教授
	同志社大学大学院総合政策科学研究科教授、同志社大学ITEC副センター長 1979年、日本電信電話公社に入社し武蔵野電気通信研究所基礎研究部に赴任。 1984年から1985年まで米国University of Notre Dame客員研究員。 1986年から1990年まで、NTT基礎研究所主任研究員。 1990年から1998年まで同研究所主幹研究員。この間1993年から1998年まで5年間フランスIMRA Europe　招聘研究員。 1999年から2001年まで経団連21世紀政策研究所主席研究員 2001年から2003年まで同研究所研究主幹。 2003年からより現職。
